• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally handled that same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after your order is placed.
